Assaf Granit
Palomar, Barbary, Shabour, Balagan, Mona, Machneyuda, Yudaleh, so many places that we love and the person behind these is none other than chef Assaf Granit, the chef who changed the rules of the games from Jerusalem to the world. His partnership with our Tom Dixon created the amazing and delicious ‘Coal Office’ restaurant in London, which left us quite speechless.

- What is the one thing people don’t know about you? I snore very loudly at night
- How does your morning ritual look like? Espresso, a slice of bread with peanut butter and straight to the gym
- What time of day do you prefer? 7am
- What country do your dream of visiting? Japan
- What is the biggest surprise you have received? Tickets to a Kanye West concert and dinner at Noma in Copenhagen as a birthday gift (I hate surprises by the way)
