All our shipments will be sent directly to your address of choice within Israel. Once the purchase has been completed online, a mail containing the order number will be sent to you. When the items have been packed, you shall receive another email confirming shipment is on its way to you. When the package is on its way to you, the courier company will reach out to arrange the final delivery.

When checking out, you will be able to choose between 2 shipping methods:

1. Same day

Area covered: Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Bnei Brak, Herzliya, Kfar-Shmaryhau, Holon, Rishon Le-Tsiyon

Delivery time: Any order placed by 13:45 will be delivered on the same day until 21:00 (except Friday-Saturday) | Any order placed after 13:45 will be delivered within one working day

Cost: NIS 25

2. Express

Area covered: The whole of Israel

Delivery time: Any order placed by 13:45 will be delivered to the customer within 1-2 working days | Any order placed after 13:45 will be delivered within 2 working days | Delivery to remote areas will be delivered within 2-4 working days, as outlined in this list

Cost: NIS 20; Free for orders over NIS 200



Any product purchased on the website can be returned within 14 working days from package receipt, on the condition that the product was not used and is returned in its original sealed packaging . If you are returning a fragile product, please wrap it in the bubble wrap in which it was sent to you. Any product damaged because of the customer will not be refunded.

To complete the return please contact us through the contact page online. You will be asked to confirm the full order details and your claim, and we will process it as soon as possible. Once the return has been approved on our side, our courier company will contact you to arrange the pickup.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse. Once completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. At refund, the customer will have to cover a cancellation fee of not more than 5% of the product price or a flat fee of NIS 100, whichever option is lower (excluding when the product received is damaged or incorrect).
